HOW DO I GET REWARDS?
Submit posts as instructed. Rewards will be distributed on the 8th of each month. You will get an email when your reward is on its way.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARDS?
Rewards will be issued by the 8th of each month. Please make sure your posts are meeting the requirements to redeem the rewards successfully.
CAN MY REWARDS BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH?
No, rewards are not redeemable for cash. However, the points you earn can be used to purchase any product available on our website.
HOW DO I ENSURE MY POSTS ARE VALID?
By ensuring that your posts meet all of these requirements-using a public account, tagging the official brand account, including the required three hashtags, and posting high-quality photos-you can maximize the effectiveness of your content within the Ambassador Program.
WILL I GET REWARDS IF I POST ON OTHER SOCIAL PLATFORMS?
Currently, rewards are only awarded for posts made on Instagram. To qualify for rewards, please make sure you post on Instagram and follow all program guidelines. Posting on other platforms is always appreciated, but will not count towards earning rewards at this time.
